Shipping

All in stock orders received by 11:00am CST will be shipped that weekday.

From Arkansas, the estimated arrival time for in-stock items is:

  • USPS (Priority Mail) 1-3 business days with the exception of:

    • Pacific Northwest – 4 business days

    • Alaska & Hawaii – 5-6 business days

  • UPS: Business Days in transit from Little Rock, Arkansas:

Returns

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you have any problems with your order please make all claims within 5 business day of receipt of your order. You may contact us by phone or e-mail to alert us of any problem you may have encountered.

All returns must be authorized. We will not be able to accept any unauthorized returns.

Special order items cannot be shipped internationally.
